Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team of talented, high-performing and fun sales professionals who embody iMovo’s unique culture. 

This role could be the start of the next step in your career journey in sales, allowing you to be part of a dynamic sales team dealing with a multitude of organisations within iMovo’s international markets. 

We are looking for top sales talent that will join forces with our team and play a key role in driving new business.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overachieving in a fast-paced and dynamic B2B sales environment.  You will also assist our sales team to grow existing business, by renewing contracts and taking the lead on improving operations to increase the efficiency and success of the whole sales organization. 

You will make an impact by 

  • Generating new outbound leads by targeting customers, conducting research and promoting our products through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communications with prospective customers. 
  • Managing inbound leads, qualifying high-value and top-quality opportunities for the sales team. 
  • Working closely with a great marketing team to maximise the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. 
  • Up-selling and cross-selling iMovo products and services before passing the leads to the sales team members. 
  • Establishing strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle. 
  • Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
  • Adopting a learning mindset and cultivating knowledge, proactively contributing to your career development.
  • Working together with a multicultural team based in different European regions, contributing to an inspiring team environment and a fun and energetic atmosphere.

What You’ll Need 

  • 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience, marketing or business development related sales experience, ideally on Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. 
  • Post-secondary education (required) or bachelor’s degree (preferred) ideally in sales, marketing, business, technology, or related field.  
  • Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals. 
  • Broad understanding of technology across industry products, emerging technologies, and technology trends.
  • Experience with business applications such as CRM, Marketing Automation and/or Data Visualisation platforms. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, via phone, video meetings and emails demonstrating strong articulation and aptitude for selling services and identifying customer needs.   
  • A data-driven and insight-driven approach to executing and refining a winning sales process. 
  • The ability to problem-solve, adapt, and develop at the required speed as we continue building the sales organization. 
  • A proactive mindset and upbeat personality. 
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Professional English (required), together with the ability to conversate in Portuguese and/or Spanish and/or Italian (desirable).
