The fact that social media is having a significant impact on the way we conduct business is undisputed. Social media has, in most cases, become one of the key channels utilised by business organisations for marketing and communications.
While social media use has become prolific, social media analysis at a business level still needs to be generally improved. Usually, social media value tends to be associated with intangible benefits, such as increased awareness, website traffic and favourable brand perceptions.
During this seminar, that is running in collaboration with the Department of Marketing at the University of Malta, Pierre Mallia and Daniela Castillo from iMovo, will address how organisations can utilise readily-available social media data to improve business performance.
