We have recently held our annual Zendesk Event “Creating An Effortless Customer Experience for Your Customers” at Le Meridien Hotel in St. Julian’s.
This event brought together professionals from various sectors, such as financial services and iGaming, who were interested in learning how Zendesk can help their company provide better customer experiences.
Attendees had the opportunity to meet with Zendesk’s very own Sales Director, Gabriel Frasconi who spoke about the importance of creating relationships with customers and provided the audience with a preview of Zendesk’s upcoming product updates. An interactive demo was then delivered by Emmanuel Buttigieg, Line Advisor for Customer Engagement Management, at iMovo and a Zendesk specialist. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and take part in an interactive discussion.
During last weeks’ event, iMovo also awarded one of its customers with the ‘Zendesk Customer Service Optimisation Award 2017’. This year’s winners, Hero Gaming, were presented with the award having met all the winning criteria such as:
- The ability to use Zendesk in an innovative manner;
- Offer seamless and automated support processes; and
- Propensity to adopt new features.
The other award nominees were: Bethard, Malta International Airport, VIKS and Marsbet.
The event ended with a networking lunch and 1:1 sessions with iMovo’s product specialists – Emmanuel and Francesca – who dealt with questions from clients and gave demos to companies interested in implementing Zendesk.
